Bracha Meshchaninov: As a holistic Torah Educator I share classical teachings of Torah using original texts, integrating the lessons with movement, journaling and interactive discussion to link Mind, Body and Soul.... As an observant Jew and certified Yoga teacher, I also provide an opportunity for movement,breathing and meditation that is joyful, therapeutic and energizing in a kosher environment. Generally my goal is to empower myself and others to serve Hashem in an integrated and holistic way.
